We have new openings for Desktop Support Technicians
Responsibilities of the Desktop Support Technicians will include:
Configure and manage IT Ticketing system; respond to and resolve user support requests
Train users and develop materials for training
Administer Active Directory and VPN users
Administer and support Office 365, Skype, and mobile devices
Configure and manage MS WSUS
Monitor and address virus and system alerts
Configure phone system
Maintain appropriate documentation
Qualifications for the Desktop Support Technicians:
Associates degree in an applicable field; BS is preferred
3 years’ experience in a similar role
Microsoft certifications preferred
Excellent troubleshooting skills
Excellent communication skills
Able to occasionally work evenings and weekends when necessary
