Law firm has immediate opening for an IT Help Desk Analyst in Newark, NJ office. Position is responsible for front line support, receiving calls from end users and troubleshooting hardware and software issues. Must have proficiency in keyboarding as well as excellent oral and written communication skills. Strong interpersonal skills. Must be self-motivated and demonstrate excellent organizational, grammar, and spelling skills. Must have the ability to work in high pressure situations. Capable of interacting in a positive manner with the staff, attorneys, and the public both by telephone and in person.
Minimum of three years of experience preferred including similar work in a law firm.
Experience supporting Microsoft Office 2010, Visio, MS Word, and Outlook.
