Desktop Support-Trading Floor

Profile

We have an opening for a solutions provider in our Desktop Support team. In this role, you will support all aspects of desktop computing inclusive of operating system, hardware, and software. As the first line, people will seek your help in support of all technical issues that arise in our trading environment. This is a highly visible role, as you will be sitting directly on our trading floor interfacing with trading, operations, and other technical teams. We are looking for someone who is interested in solving complex problems. If you encounter an issue that is outside your area of expertise, you will work closely with a number of our escalation teams on resolution. SIG has a history of growing technologists from within. Your role on our desktop support team will provide you with access to a number of technologies, allowing you to build your expertise. Ultimately, this knowledge, will make you a valuable asset to other internal teams, and will provide you with opportunities to advance at SIG.
