We work hard, play hard and face each day with optimism.u00A0We approach our work as we approach our lives, with positive attitudes, enthusiasm, and open minds.u00A0If the preceding paragraph describes you, letu2019s talk!u00A0u00A0What youu2019ll dou00A0Provide local and remote desktop support including; problem recognition, research, isolation, and resolution steps for system and application software as well as hardware.Act as escalation point of contact for IT related issues.Installation, configuration, and upgrades of desktop hardware and software.Assist with employee entry and exit processes including account provisioning/deprovisioning, PC imaging, workstation setup, and training.Active Directory and Exchange administration.Assist with setup of firm meetings, client meetings, and other presentations requiring AV support.Provide coverage on flexible schedule including after hours and weekends as needed.Assist in managing a team of Desktop Support personnel.u00A0What youu2019ll bringu00A0Minimum 5 years of desktop support experience.Bacheloru2019s degree or equivalent experience.High level of experience with the following Microsoft technologies:Active DirectoryExchangeRemote Desktop ServicesSkype for Business including Cloud PBXMicrosoft OfficeExperience in supporting printers and copiers in a corporate environment.High level of experience with networking concepts such as DNS, DHCP, and TCP/IP. Working knowledge of email filtering concepts.Experience with Windows Deployment Services and SCCM.Ability to work with all levels of the company including limited client interaction.Ability to quickly identify IT related issues and know where to look when you don't know the answer.Customer service focused and able to communicate clearly to both technical and non-technical end users.Excellent oral and written communication, organizational, technical, and analytical skills.Must be task oriented, able to manage deadlines, and prioritize tasks in fast-paced, high-demand environment.Must be flexible to work on nights and weekends.Microsoft and other industry standard certifications a plus.u00A0u00A0
