Are you right for this job?
We are looking for someone with:
1-3 years of tech support experience
Bachelors degree preferred
Above average interpersonal communication skills
Application support experience
Experience with Jira and Google Apps
What will you do?
Troubleshoot Tier 1 & 2 issues for the office and some field operations
Ownership of hardware deployments
Manage physical inventory
Complete technical on-boarding for new users
Install new equipment and programs for users
Operate Mac and Chrome boxes
Troubleshoot network or connectivity problems for users or user groups.
Provide telephone support related to networking or connectivity issues.
Complete customer needs assessment
Disseminate basic technical knowledge (tips, educational material, etc..)
General help desk support
