We are looking for qualified candidates to support sales and client retention
by planning and coordinating future product releases of MyFrankCrum. The position exists to achieve a higher level of customer value through this technology platform and to serve as a project manager across the design and technology teams. A key success factor for this position is to understand and advocate for our users.

Explores current and potential uses for MyFrankCrum.
Tracks and evaluates competitive technology platforms.
Navigates across the internal stakeholder landscape to understand business needs, to make recommendations, and to map out a strategic roadmap for future product releases.
Serves as a project manager across the design and technology teams.
Develops and utilizes measurement tools to track and improve usage of the platform.
Creates demos of the platform for use in sales presentations plus internal and client training.
Develops and maintains product documentation, product instructions and user guides, product metrics.
Provides input for sales and marketing content.
Acts as subject matter expert to provide support to internal and external customers, including Client Experience.
Sets and tracks goals related to increasing usage of the platform, to improve client retention, and to win more new business.
Provides support for key initiatives across company brands including project management, initiative methodology, analytics, data integrity, meeting organization/facilitation, and implementation support.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent years of experience, MBA preferred.
Two (2) years of product management related work.
Experience with technology platforms to the extent of being able to provide guidance regarding user interface and user experience development.
