Knowledge, Skills, Abilities Knowledge and skills in one or more areas of workstation support, system administration, systems analysis, design and database management in terms of concepts, techniques and operating principles Depending upon the operational needs of the department, basic to advanced knowledge and skills in the following areas:Minimum of 1-2 years related experience in workstation support, scripting of application installs, and creation of corporate images Knowledge of Windows 10 Pro and Windows Management solutions Experience in the administration and support of Microsoft SCCM, JAMF, Windows 10, OS X, IOS, and Microsoft Powershell Knowledge in Application Packaging, Workstation Patching and deployment using Microsoft SCCM & JAMF Good understanding Microsoft Powershell Scripting Must have ability to work both independently and in a group Good team player, willing to share knowledge with the team Must have excellent communication skills, writing skills, problem solving skills and the ability to work independently and with team members at all levels. Intermediate-level ability to operate, install, maintain, configure and troubleshoot highly technical computers, local and wide area network equipment, servers, printers. Moderate-level of project management skills Ability to efficiently manage time and organize work
