Come join the Insight team as a Level II MAC/Windows Desktop Support Technician Lead, and support one of our key clients! As a MAC/Windows Desktop Support Technician Lead, you'll work in a dynamic environment utilizing your technical skills and continue to learn new ones.
What you'll do at Insight:
*Support end-users Mac and PC's in person and over the phone with excellent customer service *Install, Configure and Troubleshoot end user desktop issues with MAC/Windows *Track fixed assets and inventory *Educate and set up new users, including imaging, new hardware and software
What you'll need to join Insight:
*2 minimum year experience and or CompTIA PC Hardware Technician Certification. *2 years' experience as a Lead and or Manager *Experience in LANs, WANs, Personal Computers (Mac and Windows), messaging and server software applications *Strong Customer Services Skills and Experience *Experience using ServiceNow tracking system *Understanding of large account environments and protocol required. *Ability to multitask with strong organization and time management skills. Able to respond effectively to inquiries or complaints within a timely fashion.
