Description

Humana's Louisville Logistics team is searching for a talented tech to fill our open position. The ideal candidate will bring with him/her considerable technology experience to support a wide range of assets as well as warehouse operations and/or fulfillment center experience to quickly adapt to our daily business model of order sourcing, tech support, inventory management, and inbound/outbound shipment processing. Responsibilities

Humana is seeking a Desktop/End User Support Technician that:

Researches and resolves technical problems of moderate complexity, typically escalated from first line support teams.

Responds to escalated telephone, email and on line requests for technical support.

Documents, tracks, and monitors the problem using applicable systems and tools.

Makes decisions that are typically focus on interpretation of area/department policy and methods for completing assignments. Works within defined parameters to identify work expectations and quality standards, but has some latitude over prioritization/timing, and works under minimal direction. Follows standard policies/practices that allow for some opportunity for interpretation/deviation and/or independent discretion.

Required Qualifications

1 - 3 years of technical experience as a Desktop/End User Support

Experienced in researching and resolves technical problems of moderate complexity, typically escalated from first line support teams.

Experienced responding to escalated telephone, email and on line requests for technical support

Experienced documenting, tracking, and monitoring the problem using applicable systems and tools. Understands department, segment, and organizational strategy and operating objectives, including their linkages to related areas.

Must be passionate about contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experiences

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field

Experience with Fulfillment Center operations and/or Logistics workflow

Additional Information

Humana and its subsidiaries require vaccinated associates who work outside of their home to submit proof of vaccination, including COVID-19 boosters. Associates who remain unvaccinated must either undergo weekly negative COVID testing OR wear a mask at all times while in a Humana facility or while working in the field.
