Our client is currently seeking a Help Desk professional for a 1 year contract.
This job will have the following responsibilities:
* Level 1,2 support for IT issues
* Execution/adherence of IT standards compliance
* Capacity & disaster recovery planning
* Preparation of process and procedure documentation
* Managing onsite stakeholder relationships to ensure that the site's requirements are being met and proactively providing appropriate technology solutions to assist in process improvement
* Partnering with site teams, mainly technical support resources, to assist in plant projects
* Active Directory management
* Support of scheduled IT audits
* On-call support ? there is requirement to provide 24x7 support to the site.
* Vendor/contractor management where appropriate
* Access Provisioning
* Issue escalation management
* Other duties and projects as assigned by IT Manager
* All deskside systems
* Site-based servers support
* Plant floor computers/HMIs
* Computer software, MS Office Suite Applications
* RF technology: forklift computers, barcode scanners and barcode printers.
* Support and coordination of the network infrastructure.
* Desk and mobile phone support
* Multi-function printer support
Qualifications & Requirements:
* Minimum education desired: B.S. in Computer related area of study
* Years of relevant experience: 1-3 years in a technical support role
