Desktop Support Technician, Senior Job ID2018-26761Area of Interest Information Technology Location Name Hospital Main Campus FTE/Hours per pay period 1.0 FTE (80 hours per bi-weekly pay periods) Work Status Regular Department Customer Service and Training Shift Day Shift Overview With minimal supervision, provide onsite and remote Tier 1-2 support for timely installation, maintainance and repair of IT hardware, software and services for Children's Hospital customers. Drive solutions to permanent fixes or root cause determination. Ensure documentation of any solutions identified. Develop and maintain excellent relationships with the Hospital customers. Shift: This will be a 4x10 shift Saturday to Tuesday. 06:00 to 16:30 each day. Requirements Required Education/Experience: - High School Diploma or equivalent. - Minimum of two (2) years of related technical experience. Required Credentials: - Valid Washington State Driver's License. Preferred: - MCSA Windows 10 - Apple Technician - ITIL v3F Shift: This will be a 4x10 shift Saturday to Tuesday. 06:00 to 16:30 each day.
