You'll provide assistance to team members onsite, as well as those at remote locations throughout the US. Additionally, you'll be responsible for ensuring to maintain the highest degree of customer service, quality and performance within the team.u003C/pu003Eu003Cpu003Eu003Cstrongu003EJOB DUTIESu003C/strongu003Eu003C/pu003Eu003Colu003Eu003Cliu003EProvide inbound and outbound call support for internal and external users.u003C/liu003Eu003Cliu003ERespond to incoming inquires or reported incidents placed through help desk ticketing software and dispatche accordingly.u003C/liu003Eu003Cliu003ETriage reported incidents with professionalism and courtesy by answering and resolving issues, ensuring to meet the set Service Level Agreement. u0026nbsp;Provide meticulous notes regarding open issues and escalates to Level 2 support and/or management as needed.u003C/liu003Eu003Cliu003EInstall, configure, troubleshoot, repair, and replace computers, network and desktop printers, hardware and software as needed.u003C/liu003Eu003Cliu003EAssist with the support of any and all existing company networks, as well as any future network connection needs.u003C/liu003Eu003Cliu003EMaintain and assist in PC hardware, software, and licensing inventory.u003C/liu003Eu003Cliu003EAcquire and properly dispose of IT assets according to law and company policies.u003C/liu003Eu003Cliu003EConfigure and troubleshoot network user accounts for various services.u003C/liu003Eu003Cliu003EProvide support for audio and visual needs of the Main Office and field office locations.u003C/liu003Eu003Cliu003EOther duties as assigned.u003C/liu003Eu003C/olu003Eu003Cpu003Eu003Cstrongu003EREQUIREMENTSu003C/strongu003Eu003C/pu003Eu003Culu003Eu003Cliu003EAssociateu0026rsquo;s degree in Computer Science, or equivalent education and experienceu003C/liu003Eu003Cliu003EMinimum of 1-2 years help desk experienceu003C/liu003Eu003Cliu003EPrevious experience with help desk processes and ticket tracking software, u003Cemu003Epreferredu003C/emu003Eu003C/liu003Eu003Cliu003EMCP and A certification, u003Cemu003Epreferredu003C/emu003Eu003C/liu003Eu003Cliu003EBasic knowledge of technical hardware including operating systems, networking, and computer repairu003C/liu003Eu003Cliu003EGeneral knowledge of Microsoft Windows 7/XPu003C/liu003Eu003Cliu003EGood organization and multitasking skillsu003C/liu003Eu003Cliu003EStrong attention to detailu003C/liu003Eu003Cliu003EExcellent verbal and written communication skillsu003C/liu003Eu003Cliu003EAbility to assist users with software issues, Microsoft Office Suite and emailu003C/liu003Eu003Cliu003EFlexibility to respond to community and resort needs during non-business hoursu003C/liu003Eu003C/ulu003Eu003Cpu003Eu003Cstrongu003EBENEFITSu003C/strongu003Eu003C/pu003Eu003Cpu003EAt Sun Communities, you will be part of an industry-leading organization where you will be challenged, inspired, rewarded and transformed.
