Your Role:
As the Helpdesk Techncian, you will be assisting customers whom seeks help with their problems. From walk-in to the ticketing queue, you will be fully emerged into a fast-paced and high-demanding flow to quickly solve the problem. 
- Answering phone calls and emails in a timely fashion in conjunction with IT department response protocols
- Assisting users with issues and escalating major issues to senior staff for resolution
- Troubleshoot Windows computers and devices at multiple facilities
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and security related problems
- Install/uninstall computer hardware components (memory cards, video cards, hard drives, software, etc.)
- Detailed diagnosis of issues that cannot be resolved and escalate to senior staff
- Installation and configuration of Windows operating systems and applications on domain computers
- Documentation of device assets and server topologies
Basic Qualifications:
·       2-Year minimum experience in 500 Customer-Service oriented helpdesk
·       Knowledge with operating & troubleshooting in Windows, macOS, iOS and Android
·       Basic understanding of Active Directory & Open Directory
·       Knowledge with AD User Maintence such as password reset & account extension
·       Basic understanding of Networking & Infrastructure
·       Ability to prioritize, document, organize & follow-up with customer cases
Preferred Qualifications:
·       Ideal candidate would have education and/or equivalent experience in a prior position
·       Ability to use knowledge, sound judgment, and resourcefulness to support the design and deployment of global technology solutions
·       Strong verbal and written communication skills, problem solving skills, customer service and interpersonal skills.
·       Ability to participate in an on-call support rotation for 24x7 support
·       Ability to balance multiple priorities and meet deadlines and work under pressure
·       Ability to work as a team-member & able to perform as individual when needed
·       A creative curiosity, collaborative ethic, hardworking enthusiasm, and driving personal vision
·       Excellent communication skills and team-working tendencies
·       A penchant for multi-tasking and self-starting
