Senior Client Support Specialist','1907916','','','!*!The incumbent will supervise the day-to-day activities of the operations support staff to ensure client objectives are met correctly and in a timely fashion meeting the client service standards. Incumbent will be responsible for the verification and approval process as well as perform accurate quality control of all foreign and domestic processing activity. In addition, incumbent will be responsible for the monitoring and verification of all outgoing wire requests over $100,000 to ensure compliance in accordance with company policy and procedures. Incumbent will be responsible for the notification of all Voluntary Corporate Actions to clients as well as obtaining the required response back from the client to meet deadlines. Incumbent will perform monthly reconciliation's for DDA, General Ledger and numerous suspense accounts and provide reports to the Risk Group. Coordinates the clearing of all stale dated checks by working with the client relationship teams. The individual will maintain and update a contact list for all Family Office accounts listing investment managers and or client contacts with names, numbers and address. Responsible for knowledge of all day to day functions to ensure seamless coverage. Incumbent will participate in special projects and staff training as requested by team leader or department manager.

','!*!Bachelor's degree with a concentration in Business and/or 4-5 years equivalent work experience. Incumbent must have a through knowledge of the securities and investments industry, foreign exchanges, markets and settlements in both domestic and foreign markets. Customer service and problem solving skills are required along with excellent communication skills. Must have a through understanding of high net worth family needs. Must possess strong analytical skills, attention to detail and the ability to meet strict deadlines. The qualified candidate must possess the ability to work independently and be effective in communicating orally and in writing with entire group.
