Kelly IT is looking for a Service Desk technician/Desktop
Support for our client in Seattle, WA.
Location: Seattle, WA
Duration: 3 months (extension to a year)
Our ecommerce client is looking for Service Desk technician.
Provide service to internal customers over the phone
Support Microsoft office 2007/2013/365, Windows 7, Windows 8, Mac OS X, as well as proprietary software in a retail and corporate environment
Active Directory experience is a must
Assist escalation by working through tickets that pertain to merchant system applications.
Provide in person troubleshooting of software and hardware support.
Service Now ticketing system or any other ticketing System.
