As part of our team, the Senior Associate will utilize various methodologies and models to execute client projects.ESSENTIAL DUTIES:Support the Technology and Innovation Office (TIO) within the client Electronic Health Record Modernization (EHRM) as a Help Desk Project Manager to support standing up an EHRM help desk. Will work with respective stakeholders to plan and implement: operational and technical processes, scheduling, solutions, workforce management and planning, knowledge management, training, quality assurance, business continuity and disaster recovery, issue resolution, triage, and escalation, service level agreements/response times, and analysis and reporting. The candidate will address changes to product/project scope, schedule, methods to document and analyze proposed changes for presentation to VA Leadership for decision. Create project plans to support the implementation of EHRM help desk operations and technologies. Integrate and coordinate plan development with relevant stakeholders. The candidate will also be able to develop and present Executive-level presentations.Meet or exceed targeted billing hours (utilization).Assist with business development activities, such as proposals, capture, account teams, whitepapers, conferences, and/or other thought leadership materials. ','!*!Minimum of 10 years of experience is required. Management of IT help desks and implementation projects (both technical and operational management preferred)Large scale deployment deployment and project scheduling experienceBachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Systems, Business or related scientific /technical discipline is requiredExperience at VA/implementing EHRProfessional Business Experience, Project Management Experience, Advanced Planning and Scheduling, Risk Management and Mitigation, Product Lifecycle Management, IT Strategy, System Integration, Executive Presentation Development, Performance Measurement and MonitoringIT Infrastructure Library (ITIL), Certified Help Desk Manager (CHDM)Ability to obtain and maintain certain job-related certifications if no job-related advanced degreeU.S. citizenship may be required.
