Hours of Operation:\r
\tMonday through Friday from 4:00am to 7:00pm\r
\tSaturday from 6:00am to 4:30pm\r
\tOn Call Support for emergencies outside of normal business hours\r
Emergency Support: \r
\tOn Call support rotates on a weekly basis from Wednesday to Wednesday\r
\tOn Call rotation is through 16 agents\r
\tAgents will receive 2 hours of On Call pay per day worked (total 14 hours per week)\r
\tAgents will receive overtime pay per call received in increments of 15 minutes.\r
\tAgents will be required to work 4 hours on Saturday, with a half day the Friday before to cover breaks for the dedicated Saturday agent\r
\tAgents are to refrain from alcohol or drugs while working On Call shifts\r
\tIf an Agent is unable to work their assigned On Call shift for any reason, they are responsible for finding someone else to cover their week \u00a0\r
\tThe Help Desk team receives an average 350-400 inbound calls per week day\r
\tThe Help Desk also receives tickets that are generated through the Help Desk email address in Request Tracker\r
\tAgents are required to create or update an existing ticket on each issue that is presented\r
\tAgents are required to have strong troubleshooting skills to efficiently determine what problem an associate is reporting\r
\tAgents are required to have excellent written communication to appropriately document all tickets worked\r
\tAgents will be assigned a schedule based on business needs\r
\tStart times may be as early as 4am or as late as 10am\r
\tShifts may be adjusted periodically based on business needs\r
\tScheduled breaks and lunches may vary from day to day based on call volume\r
