Job Category : End User Support \/ Helpdesk IDR\u2019s largest client is seeking a Help Desk Analyst to join its team! This individual will provide technical support for the organization\u2019s users and staff in person, via phone, and via email. Responsibilities of the Help Desk Analyst include: Assist in the support and deployment of all workstations and tablets Provide technical assistance for issues related to email, printers, hardware, software, and mobile devices Image and configure devices, set up monitors, and provide Outlook 365 Administration Participate in and lead initiatives to improve documentation and tracking of issue resolution via ticketing systems Required skills\/experience of the Help Desk Analyst: 4 years of professional User Support experience Hands-on experience resolving issues with PC\u2019s, Laptops, and MS Surface Pros Professional experience utilizing Active Directory Experience resolving O365 issues Strong knowledge of Windows XP, 7, and 10 What\u2019s in it for you?
