EUC/Desktop Support - Carmel, IN 46032

This position provides technical support and customer service to onsite and remote employees. The position provides superior experience and knowledge in the areas of client device imaging, customer device upgrades, virtual device deployment, data recovery, client application support, desktop patching and printer support.
Experience remotely troubleshooting and resolving complex Windows-based PC\laptop hardware and software issues
Familiarity with remote desktop support tools and phone support strategies
Knowledge of Disaster Recovery/Business Continuity planning and support Thorough knowledge of WinXP, Win7, Office 2k3, and Office 2k7
The ability to troubleshoot and resolve common Mobile Device Management (MDM) issues
Knowledgeable in MS Access Experience with Dell, HP, and Lenovo laptop and desktop computers
Nice-to-Have Experience (can train)
Experience with IBM's Big Fix Endpoint Management Suite
Experience with VMware View and Vmware Horizon View client
The ability to perform VDI pool provisioning
Track\Report VDI desktop performance (i.e. alarms, alerts, VDIs with errors, etc.)
