Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP)
Basic SQL skills preferred
Skills and Abilities
Time-management, proactive, self-starting with demonstrated ability to follow-through
Ability to effectively communicate technical information to non-technical individuals
Strong desire to learn and succeed in a fast paced environment
Excellent analytical, problem solving, and troubleshooting skills
Professional demeanor, writing, interpersonal and team communication

Qualifications and Requirements
2 years of customer service experience in a technical environment
Associate degree in a technical field preferred
