Title: Help desk Support Location: Monterey CA Duration: Permanent *Security CE certification required Job Description: Touch labor maintenance for all DLPT Labs A thru D desktops Provide Tier 1 and Advanced OS support for all DLPT desktops Provide intermediate hardware and software support for all DLPT desktops Provide MFD support to all DLPT MFDs Install and maintain all DLPT computers running the same OS image Install, test, and verify all security patches installed on DLPT computers Install latest firmware on all DLPT desktops Verify DLPT desktops are running similar Anti-Virus client and definitions.
