Ciber Global is currently seeking an experienced Help Desk Coordinator.
Resource will be responsible for low volume help desk ticket
resolution as well as some technical writing (50/50).* The environment is
not extremely high volume.*
Description of Duties:
- Help Desk coordinator will provide Level 1 support for
requests from internal users and external customers, by phone and email; will
resolve issues where possible or otherwise route to appropriate Level 2 support

- Will coordinate daily assignment of new, pending tickets

- Will propose enhancements to Help Desk policies and
procedures, for continuous improvement

- Will write procedures, tutorials, and guides for a variety
of technology areas
This position requires the
successful completion of a background investigation and/or drug screen.
