Our combined organization serves more than 780 healthcare facilities in 48 states and the District of Columbia. nnIf you are looking for a stable, fast-paced, growing company in the healthcare industry that is committed to innovation, excellence and integrity, then this may be a great next step in the advancement of your career.nnWe currently have an exciting opportunity available for an experienced Desktop Support Technician I to work at an Envision Physician Services location in Phoenix, Arizona. nResponsibilitiesThe Desktop Support Technician I is responsible for troubleshooting, configuring, imaging and installing computer and network equipment while providing technical 2nd tier customer desktop support to all Sheridan employees with the objective of resolving most without escalation. nnPerforms imaging, maintenance, upgrades and deployment of software and computer hardwarenSupports end-users via phone, remote support tools and hands on interactionnSkilled in issue determination and resolutionnSupports Microsoft Office application issuesnSupports Windows 7, 8 on Dell hardwarenSupports Windows 7, 8 on Microsoft hardwarenSupports Windows 7, 8 on Apple hardwarenSupports wireless connectivity for approved hardware and mobile devicesnInstalls approved applications in a timely mannernEscalates issues and effectively communicate to appropriate personnel for resolution.nDocuments all work related to customer incidents through Sheridan ticketing systemnWrites and edits knowledge base articles of known issue resolutions and technical informationnOccasionally lift and/or move up to 50 poundsnDeploy and move workstationsnSome travel required to support remote offices (10 – 25%)nOther duties as assignednnnJob RequirementsnQualificationsnnAssociate Degree and/or related certification and 2 or more years of related experience in a Desktop Support environmentnBachelor's Degree from four-year College or University preferrednMust have excellent customer service skills and strong verbal / written communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively with both novice computer users and experienced professionals.nMust effectively manage time to make certain customer incidents are properly responded to in a timely mannernMust have experience in a first call resolution focused environmentnMust have working knowledge of imaging, setup, repair and configuration of Dell, Apple, Microsoft related hardwarenMust have working knowledge of Microsoft Windows operating systems (7,8), Microsoft Office (2010, 21013) and the ability to troubleshoot related issues accordinglynMust have experience with Active Directory administrationnMust have experience with Citrix administration and end-user supportnMust have working knowledge in the configuration and troubleshooting of network printers, scanners and other peripherals.nMust have the ability to prioritize tasks and effectively complete assignments within an estimated time frame.nShould have a general understanding of Service Management concepts (ITIL, ITSM)nWindows 7, 8 operating system troubleshooting and configurationnMicrosoft Office 2010 / 2013, configuration and troubleshootingnDesktop hardware / software installation, configuration and troubleshootingnNetwork / local Printer, scanner and other peripheral installation, configuration and troubleshootingnDesktop imaging creation / deployment experience with MDT or SCCM preferrednTicketing system documentation and knowledge base article creation experiencenRequired: A , MCP, AA DegreenPreferred: CompTIA Certifications (MCSE, and/or Network ), ITIL FoundationsnnIf you are ready to join an exciting, progressive company and have a strong work ethic, join our team of experts!We offer a highly competitive salary and a comprehensive benefits package.nnEnvision Physician Services uses E-Verify to confirm the employment eligibility of all newly hired employees.
