Windows Technical Support Specialist
The Technical Support Specialist is responsible to provide remote phone technical support to our clients. Often times Support Specialists are the first line of defense in providing technical assistance to the client base. Candidates should have experience working in Windows Environments. Specific responsibilities include: ? Monitor all Alarms and Alerts for All Clients provide immediate response to ALL offline alerts; ? Provide Desktop Server Support to the client base that may be calling or e-mailing in for support; ? Manage clients by investigation of any potential points of failure and offering suggestions for areas of improvement ? Provide routine system maintenance (i.e. clean out temp files, etc) / Assist other team members as needed ? Provide Support on all tickets assigned to you / Open, creating, and managing assigned service tickets. ? Entering detailed notes in ConnectWise for all support provided. ? Ad-Hoc and occasional on-site support as well as assistance with on-site projects (migrations, integrations, etc) As part of this position, exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal are required, as well as the ability to reasonably demonstrate expertise instill confidence in the client that we are the best solution for their technology needs. Additionally, individual will need the ability to be flexible with work hours, as most projects and technical work may have to be performed outside of normal business hours. You will also be required to share in the emergency phone rotation and be available one week per month on a 24x7 basis.

$35,000.00 to $45,000.00 per year
** Qualified candidates should have experience working win WINDOWS ENVIRONMENTS ** ? Remote Technical Support as-required for any assigned daily service tickets from our NOC ?
