As a Tier-I Service Desk Consultant, you will provide services to nearly 5,000 staff and associates at our Federal Client's St. Louis, MO.

Highly organized & detail-oriented problem-solver who can triage, promptly resolve, or escalate technical and user issues.
YOUR KNOWLEDGE BASE INCLUDES
Windows operating systems, MS Office, and ServiceNow/Ticketing System.
Recognizing recurring software incidents and developing techniques to anticipate and fix common issues.
Resolving complex IT issues that require ingenuity and creativity.
Familiarity with incident management software and remote access tools.
Bachelor's degree in a computer related field OR 2 yrs of relative experience.
4 yr experience supporting HW/SW, systems operations, networking, email, OS & customer service.
The ability to pass a Public Trust background.
