Job Description
Pomeroy is currently seeking an experienced service desk analyst with Service Now or similar ticketing system. This individual will be responsible for:
Utilizing the Service Now tool to manage and record incident report to resolution.
Supporting field engineers
Escalation and follow up of tickets with respective incident owners.
Provide level 1 and Level 2 support of business applications
Add/modify/delete users, groups and roles
Password and license management
