Leidos is currently seeking a Sr Program Manager to help support an upcoming DOD initiative. This position requires 12 years experience leading >75 technical and functional personnel through multiple management levels supporting DoD contracts in both IT development, IT infrastructure and Distance Learning environments.
To be successful, you should have:
Experience managing and supervising employees of various labor categories and skills, including collective bargaining employees in multi Government customer Enterprise IT, Network, Agile software development lifecycle, and infrastructure development projects similar to the RCAS contract.
Experience implementing innovative approaches to fulfilling requirements in order to improve services or cut cost through the use of current technologies. Experience with EVM, resource development and scheduling, translating task order requirements into project plans and milestones, directing and implementing plans, and presenting formal project status/plan briefings through oral and written communications.
Expertise in Risk Management Framework (RMF), applications engineering and software systems engineering, design, and development to the CMMI Level 3, dealing with all aspects of customer interactions throughout the agile software development lifecycle development process.
Experience managing unique requests for contract modifications to accomplish special projects ranging from IT and engineering for Inside Plant (ISP), Outside Plant (OSP), SIPR/NIPR cabling, secure Video Teleconference (S/VTC) electrical and HVAC.
Additionally, this position leads Independent Projects as such as required MILCON projects that are directed and monitored by the PL RCAS, as well as managing commonly matrixed cross functional requirements between RCAS and the NGB-IMA Core Sustainment requirements of the ARNG G6 in support of normal workload and to work with the Government, Leidos and their subcontractors to staff and manage surge requirements as they arise.
Must hold appropriate degree from an accredited college,
equivalent experience/combined education, with professional experience and specialized training commensurate with assignment B.A in Business Administration, B.S.in
Computer Science, Electrical Engineering Mechanical Engineering or equivalent and 12 years of experience
M.S. Software Engineering, Computer Science or Technical Management or MBA, (with a technical BS Degree) and a 10 years of relevant experience
Experience in reviewing of work products for correctness, Quality assurance compliance with industry best practices, DOD standards, and Army standards. Experience with the Federal Government s acquisition process and success in developing a feasible acquisition environment.
Experience increasing enterprise operations efficiencies through process improvement by developing standard and ad hoc operating procedures, resulting in more consistent performance and improved 24/7/365 customer support.
Possess experience in managing help desk support, incident management, release management, availability manage ment, and capacity management. Experience evaluating security tools leading to the certification and accreditation of services provisioned in the data analytics offerings with additional tools to provide cyber security and information assurance (IA).
Must possess a Secret security clearance at contract start
Must possess the ability to obtain a Top Secret level security clearance
Project Management Professional (PMP ) Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL)v3 Foundation Security Requirements: Must be able to pass the National Agency Check with written Inquiries (NACI), National Trust, and a favorable completion of a Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) fingerprint check, or a DoD/DoE-determined equivalent investigation, or greater.
