Seeking someone to work the Help Desk and respond to requests for help, emails and phone calls from iManage users.

Reviews help tickets from the Global Service Desk (GSD) or iManage Support email box:

Analyzes issue

Contacts user directly (via WebEx meetings and deskside visit)

Determines cause and resolves independently

Works closely with the iManage Technical Team to resolve issue, as appropriate 2

Schedule / conduct training

New employee training

Upgrade training

Topic-based training

Maintain supply of training materials

Assist with iManage upgrades

Communication to users

Scheduling Training

Onboard new users

Add to iManage Master User List

Add to security groups (EIDM)

Disable/remove users separated form the company

Remove from EIDM Groups

Update iManage Master User List
