Centrify is seeking an energetic HelpDesk/Desktop Support to assist with supporting end users in a fast paced environment.


Collect, write up documents and manage help desk tickets

Resolve Technical problems with LAN WAN and other system

Contribute to troubleshooting efforts for computer hardware and software support incidents

Set up and configure equipment for new hires

Help to fulfill service requests ranging from staff moves to software installation

Assist with asset management and inventory

Able to Support IT Corporate requirement outside the normal business hours on-call

Required Skills:

Minimum 3 years of experience working as Desktop Support in a fast paced Corporate Environment

Strong troubleshooting customer service skills

Data collection and analytical acumen

Effective organizational, time management and multi-tasking skills

Effective written and verbal communication skills

Ability to work independently and in a team environment

Windows XP/7/8/10, Office Suite, Mac OS X, Google, Exchange, Office 365, Active Directory, Networking, Anti-Virus, Printer, Scanners, Mobile Devices
