The Help Desk Support Specialist
, under minimal supervision, will receive and resolve Help Desk requests, from MECU personnel, concerning problems with a variety of computer software and hardware. Must be an expert in customer service and technical knowledge to resolve issue surrounding installation, usage, and training on software and/or hardware products.
Bachelor - Information Systems preferred; equivalent job experience may be substituted.
Minimum two (2) years computer/PC experience required.
