Description Kforce has partnered with a retail industry leader to hire multiple Help Desk Technicians in Atlanta, Georgia (GA). Our client is looking for candidates who have technical support experience that can work in a high activity inbound call center environment. Essential Job Duties: You will be responsible for taking inbound calls and troubleshooting technical issues with internal employees You'll support end-user hardware and software applications via phone calls Follow routine support procedures to address end-user requests Inform clients by explaining procedures, answering questions, and providing information Maintain and improve quality results by adhering to standards and guidelines, and recommending process improvements Start your career off on the right foot with a Fortune 50 company!
