Help Desk Supervisor
The Help Desk Coordinator supports internal customers company-wide in the areas of computers, printers, connectivity to the network and client software. You coordinate with other IT teams to resolve issues.
Set up and troubleshoot PC and printer hardware, connectivity to networks including wireless, VPN, dial up and DSL
Route calls to the IT area responsible for users department
Enter tickets and work orders in Help Desk by collecting pertinent information from end user
Monitor tickets and work orders assigned to Help Desk team
Provide support to standard client software installed at Dot
Reset passwords for all systems
Conduct periodic customer satisfaction audit
Set up user accounts requested through HR Department
Applies lean tools and thinking to identify and eliminate waste in all areas of the position
Part-time; Variable hours, could include nights and weekends
