Kforce has a healthcare client located in the Woburn, Massachusetts (MA) area that is seeking two Epic Help Desk Support people.Summary:The ideal candidate will work to support the entire organization which is about 15,000 end users. They will be responsible for answering calls that come into the call queue, ticket creation and routing to other departments including escalation and tier II assistance when required. Email correspondence with end users, and information sharing and team collaboration with team members is also an important aspect of the role. They will also work on password resets/account unlocks, and remote control support via LANDesk.

The request/incident producing modules include: Ambulatory, Cadence, Clindoc, ASAP, Orders, Optime, Dragon

Certifications are nice to have, but not a requirement

Epic experience

Good communication skills are very important
