Sr. Desktop Support Engineer

Profile

Our client, a medium sized firm with low turnover, in the distribution business is looking for Desktop/Network/Infrastructure Support Talent, to support their corporate and field sales teams.
Successful candidates will have a track record of job stability, ability to multi-task and prioritize projects and level-2 support issues, and have strong technical competence and aptitude supporting Windows 7 Servers/Desktops and networking in a fast-paced environment.
You wiill get experience with many technologies, programs and equipment (i.e. Desktops, Servers, Switches, Networks, virus removal, machine imaging/configuration, troubleshooting, Active Directory, DNS, Printers, Microsoft Office, phone support, Printers, Hyper-V, VMWare
The ideal candidate MUST have excellent verbal & written communication skills, above average trouble-shooting skills, hungry for knowledge, able to take ownership of assigned tasks
College Degree preferred, but not required
