Title: Service Desk Lead Location: Fort Belvoir, VA Security Clearance: TS/SCI XTS is Seeking a Service Desk Lead to Run the Day-to-Day Operations of the US Army INSCOM's Enterprise Service Desk Support Team.  XTS is seeking a Service Desk Lead to join our team in Fort Belvoir, VA to support the U.S. Army INSCOM's Enterprise Service Desk Support Team.  The Service Desk Lead will run the day-to-date operations of the Service Desk Support Team, and collaborate, support, and communicate with the XTS Program Manager.  Areas of support cover all three tiers (Tier I, Tier II, and Tier III), and across multiple task areas including service desk administration, service desk support, service desk SOP documentation, laptop management, mobile device support, DoD mobility unclassified capability (DMUC) support, and printer bay support.  Requirements: Active TS/SCI Bachelor's Degree in Computer Technology  3 Years of Experience in Help Desk or IT Customer Service Support Must possess one of the following: CISA, CASP CE, CCNP Security, CISSP (or Associate), GCED, GCIH Experience troubleshooting and technical support via phone, web based tools, and email Good leadership and motivation skills in order to help lead and drive a very busy help desk Working knowledge of networks and the inter-dependencies between networks and the desktop and other user platforms Provide technical support to staff on complex IT issues Ability to interact with senior leadership Good customer service skills such as verbal, interpersonal and written communication Desired: Prior INSCOM Experience Prior Army or Military Experience  Experience working in DoD system such as JWICS, NIPR, SIPR, or NSANET environments Demonstrable experience of utilizing and applying sound business analysis skills Experience with Remedy or similar ticketing systems If you are interested, please apply to this job posting or email Ms. Angela Oliver at  Company Description: Xcellent Technology Solutions, Inc.
