The Customer Service Technical Agent position serves as a first Technical point of contact for Clients from the State, District and School levels.\u00a0 This position is responsible for providing professional, high level Customer Service, by delivering technical information/instruction and resolving issues related to test administration, reports, personal computers and networks as they relate to client\u2019s applications.\u00a0 This position serves as a positive influence in a rapidly changing environment.\u00a0\r
Essential Position Responsibilities:\r
\tReceive, respond to and resolve inbound Client contacts on products, including NON-Technical issues as needed\r
\tManage unresolved incidents utilizing appropriate resources within required timelines\r
\tCoordinate internal resources as necessary to ensure effective resolution\r
\tDocument and communicate to appropriate resource any recurring/critical client issue received\r
\tWrite, edit and proof project documentation and correspondence\r
\tKnowledgeable about assigned Client, service offerings, policies/standards, and processes\r
\tPerforms to and maintains acceptable performance levels as measured against the following metrics:\u00a0 client hold time, call lengths, call volumes, call quality and overall customer satisfaction\r
Preferred Qualifications\r
\tHigh School Diploma/GED equivalent; Associates degree preferred\r
\t1-3 years of technical support experience in a non-scripted Customer Contact Center\r
\tExceptional verbal and written communication skills\r
\tStrong problem solving and analytical skills\r
\tStrong time management skills\r
\tDemonstrated interpersonal and teamwork skills\r
\tProven technical skills with a strong familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite\r
