Job Description This candidate will be joining an established team of 3 supporting 3,000 users (all internal employees) in a Windows environment. The candidate will be resposnible for basic troubleshooting (password reset\/retrieval, account activiation), and escalating any issues that they do not know how to troubleshoot to the appropriate team. The candidate should be very personable, as they will be customer interfacing and troubleshooting over the phone. They must have experience in a helpdesk or customer service roles, with basic technical skills. Job Requirements - 1-2 years of helpdesk of customer service experience (with technical skillset)
