Profile

A company located in Lincoln, RI is seeking Support Technicians to provide technical support at the first stage level. These technicians will be assisting in equipment troubleshooting and ensuring deployment process adherence. Must have strong troubleshooting skills along with diagnostic and problem solving skills. Must possess excellent communciation skills, both verbally and written.
Must be available between the hours of 8am to 8pm Mon - Fri.
