Desktop Support - Technical Analysis Senior Associate

 to join our team in

Rock Hill

South Carolina (US-SC)

United States (US)

Role Responsibilities:

Installs, maintains and optimizes desktop /notebook configurations at customer sites.

Diagnoses and resolves product performance problems.

Develops solutions to complex technical problems, which may impact multiple work areas.

Performs maintenance and repair services.

Ensures customer satisfaction by advising customers on preventive maintenance and configurations which may impact product performance.

Instructs customers in the operation and maintenance of the systems

Good phone etiquette with the ability to handle medium load of phone requests

Good customer service skills to handle office walk in requests or issue reports

Manage support tickets through OPAS Remedy Management system

Ability to handle 24/7 on-call every 8-9 weeks for 7 days

Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

User Administration and Security Management for Hospital Applications & Offsite Practices

Minor Database entry/maintenance/builds

Requirements:

-5 years of help desk experience

-Knowledge of industry standards, best practices, and audit requirements

-Strong knowledge of Windows operating system environment.

-Basic knowledge of client system administration

-Strong knowledge of systems hardware (PC, Printer, Switches, APs, Etc...)

-Basic knowledge of client side network technologies

-Solid customer interaction skills

Preferences:

-Prior experience in healthcare IT operations and support

-Prior experience with Remedy Incident Management

-Associates degree in related field

-Entry Level Certification such as A , Network , and/or CCNA
