Immediate IT Service Desk Analyst opening in Century City, CA. We’re looking for candidates with a strong background supporting high-level executives and users in a Service Desk / Helpdesk environment.

3 years IT Support Experience, providing computer support to end-users via Phone, Email, Chat, Remote desktop etc.
Experience providing help desk and/or service desk support for PC’s and laptops is required
100% phone support experience is preferred
Experience troubleshooting issues in Windows 7, 10, Office 2010, Exchange 2010/13 and other applications is a plus
Bachelor’s Degree is a plus but not required
Professional certifications are a plus including ITIL and HDI
Excellent communication skills are a must
