Level 1 Help Desk Technician
Our client in the Healthcare Industry is in need of a Help Desk Technician to provide level 1 support for end users with technical issues. This is a 3 month contract to hire with a converting salary range between $40,000-42,000/yr. Candidates that match the requirements listed are encouraged to apply. Responsibilities: Provide support for internal and external users with technical issues via phone and remote support Troubleshoot technical issues pertaining to hardware and software Provide exemplary customer service to all users needing technical assistance Provide network connectivity support when necessary Requirements: 1-3 years of experience working in a Help Desk role BS/AS, ideally in an IT related field (IT related certifications are acceptable) Strong MS Windows experience (through version 10) Experience with VPN and network connectivity is required Strong hardware experience with laptops, PCs, and other wireless devices
